What I do and why I do it:
I’ve been fascinated by people for as long as I can remember—the ways we learn, change, create, and communicate. My work through Paper Plane joins behavioural psychology and design thinking to produce content that is intentional, purpose-driven, and customer-first. I ask a lot of questions, I do a lot of research, and I write a lot of words. Lucky for me, all of these are things I love.
For almost a decade, I've coached organizations of all sizes through the process of finding their voice, understanding their audiences, and sharing what they know and what they've learned in a way that actually says something. It's fun... I promise.
Even though I'm a team of one, I'm seldom alone. I collaborate with creative specialists and agencies from around the world (folks like Island, MetaLab, and WeAreDigital) who, like me, understand the importance of providing your customers a useful, usable, and enjoyable experience, no matter where or how they find you.
